Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized frames.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within [5-10 business days] to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
